Terms And Conditions

Please print this page then read carefully before you sign, date and return along with your £50.00 reservation fee.

If paying by cheque please make it payable to Confetti Classics.

1. Bookings are confirmed only on receipt of a £50.00 reservation fee, all known charges must be paid in full before hiring commences.

2. The driver will use his judgment to drive at a reasonable speed in relation to the prevailing road type and conditions.

3. The vehicles belonging to Confetti Classics are only insured for its drivers, no other person may drive the vehicles under any circumstances.

4. Confetti Classics reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal capacity in the event of mechanical failure.

5. If paid deposit taken for bookings is then cancelled, a Cancellation fee will be charged.

6. If a booking is cancelled after the full payment has been made 50% of the agreed total cost is payable to Confetti Classics.

7. Clients will be held responsible for any and all damage to vehicles if caused by them or any of their guests.

8. Smoking is forbidden in the vehicles and clients are requested to respect this.

9. Clients will be held responsible for the conduct of any and all passengers in vehicles at all times.

10. Confetti Classics reserve the right to terminate any and all services to unruly and or abusive passengers.

11. Confetti Classics is not responsible for acts of god, mechanical breakdown or delays caused by clients.

12. The balance of payment is required four weeks before the wedding.
